When you turn on CoolDrift Versa for the first time, the temperature setting will automatically start at 3, which is the midpoint temperature. We recommend starting at 3 and adjusting for comfort. 1 is the warmest temperature setting and 5 is the coldest temperature setting. All temperature settings are effective in helping you with your sleep, so choose the one that is most comfortable for you.

Multiple clinical studies were conducted involving 340 subjects and more than 6,500 nights, including a pivotal study that was published in Journal SLEEP, May 2018, to demonstrate the safety and effectiveness of our precise cooling. In the primary randomized controlled trial, participants used CoolDrift for multiple nights in a sleep lab and were assessed by Polysomnographic recordings analyzed by sleep clinicians.
